We will deliver TurmeriX® to the address you provide on the order form. Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

  • If the goods cannot be delivered because you cannot accept delivery, the incorrect address has been provided, or no one is available to accept the goods, it then becomes the buyer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or personal collection of the goods from their courier depot.
  • We ship promptly and efficiently. We ship our products within 2 – 5 business days following the receipt of payment.
  • All of our items are professionally packed for safe delivery.

Ordering TurmeriX®

  1. Simply select the any TurmeriX® items you like to buy and click "ADD TO CART".
  2. When shopping is completed, select "Checkout".
  3. Review cart items and fill out the order details in the CHECKOUT page.
  4. When ready, click "Continue to shopping".
  5. Follow system instructions to provide payment and shipping information.
  6. In the order confirmation page, review the information. If correct, click "Submit Order".
  7. An email will be sent to you to confirm the order details within 24 hours after we received your order.

Five easy ways for shipping and delivery

 

  1. Delivery/Ship to home (Courier will call to confirm delivery, please provide cell phone number and someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the package)
  2. Pickup at any post office. Please provide your designated post office on the CHECKOUT page. We will deliver the parcel through Smart Post offered by Hongkong Post. A personal passcode will be provided for you to track the status of your post or to pick up. Click HERE for details.
  3. Pickup at over 400 S.F. Stores, S.F.Express Service Centers and S.F. Express Authorized Service Points (7-Eleven,Circle K and Shell Stations) in Hong Kong. Please fill in the store code of your S.F. pickup point on the CHECKOUT page.
  4. Customers on outlying islands can pickup at S.F. Express Authorized Service Points (7-Eleven, Circle K, Li Yuen Shop and RedHall Furniture) in Hong Kong. Please fill in the store code of your S.F. pickup point on the CHECKOUT page.
  5. Macau customers can pickup at S.F. Express Authorized Service Points (7-Eleven and Circle K) in Macau. HKD30 surcharge applies. Please fill in the store code of your S.F. pickup point on the CHECKOUT page.
